Challenge
Deliver all GRP apparatus of the air treatment unit including:

• 4 tanks 150 M3 Ø 4500
• 1 SETTLER Ø 4020
• 2 ELECTROFILTERS
• DUCTS Ø 1000 & 1300
• 4 SCRUBBERS Ø 2000 & 2600

in extreme corrosive environment. 

Solution
Using the Engineering skills of both our French and German office and the production capacity of our French and Polish factory allowed us to deliver the entire project within a tight schedule.

Result
Resin and material selected as well as quality of the composite supplied have proven to be resistant to the extreme environment for more than 4 years without any corrosion layer failure or maintenance.

The speed of this installation process as well as composite knowledge of our Engineer were main factors in the clients decision to trust Plasticon Europe for this turn key project.
