Salt Saturators
Our salt saturator in GRP is perfectly resistant against attacks from salt and brine and is able to continously produce saturated brine.
You can choose 2 different types of salt saturators:
- a GRP tank with a flat bottom and a contents of e.g. 40 m3. The lower part of the tank is meant for storage of salt from bulkcars and the upper part serves as a buffer for approximately 20 m3 of brine.
- a GRP tank with a flat bottom with same contents, except salt is blown into the tank from the bulkcar and is dissolved to saturated brine at the bottom by a self designed system. The saturated brine is stored in a brinebuffer tank with special control for the brine level. Salt is kept nearly dry in this tank above a certain level and is therefore also suitable for other purposes.
Volume of both tanks must be chosen in such a way that the contents of 1 bulkcar can easily be stored as soon as reserves decrease. Filling is done by a stainless steel filling pipe. Production capacity lies between 8 and 14 m3 saturated brine per hour.
