Sandwich Tank

Like panels used for truck trailers, Sandwich tank is a composite tank insulated with a "sandwich" construction: GRP/PU foam/GRP.

Sandwich tanks insulation properties send stainless steel material to middle age. They allow storage of critical fluids like those used in the food & beverage industry despite changing temperature environment. They allow important energy savings storing hot or cold liquids.

One Tank 200 m3 Ø 4500 mm storing a product with a density of 1,2

Temperature to be maintained inside the tank 20°C

Outside temperature  - 10°C

Difference between highest and lowest temperature 30°C

This is the most effective solution not only in terms of insulation but also avoiding on site insulation and assuring long lasting life as being totally isolated from any outside deterioration.
